Mike Maloney, Partner
Mike has been working in the electronic component industry for 20 years. He is a Business School graduate of the University of WI-Eau Claire. Prior to starting Synergy Sales, Mike had worked for other rep firms for 10 years. Before that, Mike was Branch Manager and opened an office for the distributor, Cypress Electronics. 

Mike Siglin, Partner
Prior to starting Synergy Sales, Mike had worked with a local rep firm for 3 years. His Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Minnesota as well as his 13 years of field sales experience has earned him a solid reputation. Mike worked for Honeywell SR&C doing hardware simulation and developing digital filters for image research. Part of his background is in the sale of Tektronix and Fluke test equipment, where, for 7 years, he managed the area sales, training and support for the area's largest distributor of these products.

Tim Birkeland, Partner 
Prior to joining Synergy, Tim was the General Manager for the Arrow-Richey
Group in Minneapolis. Under Tim's leadership, the MN branch was #1 in sales in the country. Tim's background at Arrow  will help Synergy work closely with the local distributors. Tim is a business school graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University.

Joe Mayer, Partner
Joe joined Synergy in May of 2006. He was a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Education. He had previously worked at Arrow Electronics as one of the Sales & Marketing Managers. Joe comes with 12 years experience in distribution.
